This design uses horizontal boards between substantial posts, with fixings concealed behind the face. Repeat the bays along the garden boundary or use a shorter run to screen a patio

The standard bay is listed as 103¼ in wide and 74½ in high, or 262 × 190 cm, with post centres at 96 in / 244 cm. The metric and imperial editions use locally available timber sizes
